10 STEPS TO DENTAL REVISION

1.  Become aware.

2.  Become informed.
Reading one article in the press is not a good enough reason to rush out and have all your amalgams removed. I recommend that you research well. If you contact us at Moonfleet we can recommend books and websites to investigate.

3. Find a dentist.
If you do have problems with mercury or other dental metal toxicities it is important that the dentist treating you is used to working with these problems. This is especially important with amalgam replacement as unless the dentist uses a protective protocol you could end up feeling worse and not better.

4. Get a full consultation and report.
Having become informed about the issue of dental toxicity you now need to see how this applies to you as an individual. For some patients this may involve the replacement of a filling or two. In others it could involve a complete dental reconstruction.

5. Decide which issues you wish to deal with and have your dentist formulate a treatment plan.

6. Develop a team around you.

This could range from family/friends for emotional support to nutritionist,    chiropractor, osteopath, homoeopath and naturopath to aid your recovery.

7. Prepare yourself for dental treatment.

As a minimum this should involve a nutritional program.

8. Undertake the dental treatment.

9. Detoxification.

Simply undergoing dental treatment will not remove the metals and toxins already deposited in the body tissues. This requires nutritional support and or homoeopathic therapy.

10. Minimise further exposure.
